Activation of the Multi-Factor Authentication process: Dear myMSC user, In order to provide the best protection on your digital journey, we will be activating a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process as of the 24th of January on the myMSC website and App. You will find all details in the user guide which you can find and download from the Help section within myMSC. If the account is based on a shared mailbox, ensure to select the email option as the preferred MFA method. This way, the security code will be sent to the general mailbox and if another colleague completes the MFA from a different device (or after 45 days) the code will still be retrievable from the shared mailbox. The email address cannot be amended.
